I am Rijan Nepal, an MBBS student at the Institute of Medicine (IOM), Maharajgunj Medical Campus — one of Nepal's most prestigious medical institutions affiliated with Tribhuvan University. My journey into medicine has been defined by consistent academic excellence and an unwavering commitment to learning.
My academic journey began at Oxford Practical English School, Sallaghari, where I completed my SEE examinations with a perfect 4.0 GPA, demonstrating early on that academic rigor and discipline were central to my character.
I furthered my +2 education at Capital College and Research Center, Balkumari, completing the Science (+2) stream with a remarkable 3.90 GPA — a testament to my dedication to the biomedical sciences that now form the foundation of my medical education.
Today, I channel that same discipline into my MBBS studies, aspiring to become a physician who not only treats illness but transforms the healthcare landscape of Nepal.
